James V. Hansen Wildlife Education Center Center piece Commission Brigham City Utah is the gateway to the “World’s Greatest Bird Refuge.” For quite some time, a new education facility has been under construction. Greg was commissioned to create a monument for the main lobby. This 10.5 feet tall sculpture portrays two immature female sister peregrine falcons diving on a flock of Northern pintail ducks.
